The purpose of JITC is to bring Army National Guard and Air National Guard (ARNG and ANG) together to review the various IT structures within, and related to, the National Guard's dual role (State and Federal), and to discuss opportunities for integrated solutions. The expected outcome of the conference is to share information and gain a better understanding of each other’s issues, allowing us to collaborate on potential combined solutions for the future.
This conference focuses on all aspects of computer crime and incident response: intrusion investigations, cyber crime law, digital forensics, information assurance, as well as the research, development, testing, and evaluation of digital forensic tools. This is a Cyber Crime conference. This is not an Information Assurance conference; you won't hear presentations that you may have heard a year or two ago.
